Rachel Allen is a bestselling cookery writer, TV chef and celebrated teacher at the world-famous Ballymaloe Cookery School in County Cork, Ireland. We were delighted to have Rachel join us at Comber Earlies Food Festival, 22 June 2024 and pleased that she will be returning to our Demo Kitchen at this year's Tide and Turf Portavogie, on 7 September 2024.
