Romeo! Romeo!

About

Join experienced Shakespeare director Andrea Montgomery and her two outstanding actors as they share their perspective on Romeo & Juliet.

Are you the kind of person who can't resist a peek at the outtakes on a film? Or have you ever wanted to sneak into rehearsals to get a look at what happens? Or would you love to have Shakespeare explained so that it was clear? If the answer is yes, then this is the night for you!
You'll enjoy some of the most romantic scenes in history, and you'll watch them rehearsed in front of your eyes. What's more, you'll get to vote for what happens. This will be a relaxed, enjoyable, banter-filled evening. Perfect for theatre lovers, or for introducing someone to theatre for the first time.

Montgomery is an intercultural director, whose giant Belfast Tempest was chosen to be part of the global celebration of Shakepeare400 in 2016, and whose Midsummer Night's Dream featuring 120 people from across the borough of Ards and North Down in 2019.
