In this critically acclaimed dark comedy, three sisters return to their childhood home after the death of their mother, on the eve of her funeral. Each sister has different and conflicting memories of their childhood. Soon long buried tensions and resentments surface creating conflict which is by turns angry, desperate, poignant and wildly funny.
Memory of Water won the 2000 Laurence Olivier Award for Best New Comedy.
