Celebrate Easter with a serene seaside Afternoon Tea at The Manse, nestled on the beautiful shores of Cloughey Beach.

Join us on Sunday 20th and Monday 21st April for a charming tea experience served at either 1:00 PM or 3:00 PM in our sunlit lounge overlooking the sea. Enjoy a seasonal selection of finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones, homemade sweets, and your choice of premium teas or coffee.

It's the perfect way to treat yourself or spend quality time with loved ones over the Easter weekend.

Looking to extend your visit? Why not stay this weekend? Guests who book directly through our website can enjoy a complimentary 1-hour spa session as part of their overnight stay.

Road Directions

From Belfast, take the A20 east towards Newtownards. Continue on the A20 south through Greyabbey and Kircubbin, following signs for Portaferry. After Kircubbin, turn left onto the B173, which will take you directly into Cloughey.

From Newtownards, simply follow the A20 south, passing through Greyabbey and Kircubbin, then turn left onto the B173 to Cloughey.

The Manse is located right on the beachfront at 25 Manse Road, Cloughey, BT22 1HS.

Public Transport Directions

Take the Ulsterbus 10X from Belfast to Newtownards Bus Station.

From Newtownards, transfer to the Ulsterbus 9 (towards Portaferry) and get off at Cloughey.

The Manse is a short walk from the main bus stop in Cloughey—just head towards the beachfront.
