This experience has been cancelled.

Step away from your everyday and join Tessa Ann, from The Sound Healing Spa, for three carefully curated wellbeing sessions at National Trust-Mount Stewart, one of Northern Irelands most beautiful House and Gardens, located on the shores of Strangford Lough near Newtownards.

Using various locations around the property, including the outdoors, you will be guided through three wellness practices, that, while different, will link together under one holistic theme.

The wellness practices will include sound healing, gentle movement practices and a mindful walk. This experience will include healthy refreshments on arrival and a wholesome buffet lunch created by the Mount Stewart Tea Room.

This beautiful experience will leave you restored and refreshed, ready to step back into everyday life. If you want some 'me time' this experience will deliver.
