Meeting point: McBrides on the Square at 12 noon
A September Sunday lunch and guided tour with local history expert Lolly Spence of Hidden Ulster Tours.
Explore Comber and the very best of our local harvest food and drink!
Your journey begins at McBride’s on the Square where you'll enjoy a seasonal appetiser as you are introduced to your local expert guide, Lolly Spence, who will set the scene for your guided tour of Comber before heading off on part one of the tour around some key sites in this historic town.
Then it’s back to the square for a visit to Michelin Guide listed No. 14 at the Georgian House, where Chef Jim Mulholland will have a locally sourced main course ready.
Once refuelled, you’ll be back out on the street for part two of the tour with a few more notable stops before popping back, once again, to the square for a warming dessert and a coffee at Sugarcane Café Bistro.
Then just one final short jaunt around some of the cultural points of the town before finishing back at McBride’s for some well-earned local brews and a selection of the finest cheeses selected by Indie Fude.
