About

This event is organised by No. 14 at The Georgian House.

Chef Jim Mulholland, head chef and proprietor, of this award-winning establishment is a much respected and prolific culinary collaborator, this is evidenced in his past work with a range of impressive Northern Irish and International Chefs. Throughout 2024, Jim is welcoming a range of his best friends in the culinary world to join him as guest chef at his Michelin Guide awarded restaurant. Tonight's guest chef is one of Jim's very best friend's, Chef Paul Cunningham.

Paul's repertoire is impressive, he's recently appeared on the BBC's Great British Menu, and he owns and operates Newcastle's Mourne Larder and Dundrum's appropriately named Scoper's hot food bar offering the freshest County Down fayre to his ever-growing legion of customers. He also has been running his 'Secret Dining' experience where guests get to immerse themselves in something of a foodie adventure. Guests meet at a disclosed location and are promptly whisked away to a secret location somewhere in County Down which could be a tee pee in the woods or a cellar in a stately home where they are treated exquisitely prepared dishes of locally sourced and foraged ingredients.

With Paul and Jim working side by side in the kitchen, you can be sure that you will enjoy an evening of culinary delight and get to grab a glimpse of what this guest 'secret chef' offers up in his dining experiences.
