Row, row, row your boat…support local teams as they engage in a bit of friendly rivalry at Sea Bangor Festival’s popular annual Rowing Competition.
Military Teams Compete
Sunday 2 June | 1.15pm -3.30pm
Come along and cheer on the military teams as they compete for the cup!
E Foiling Demonstrations
Viewing along the Eisenhower Pier 2.45pm and 5.10pm
E-Foiling uses an electric powered surfboard on a hydrofoil wing which lifts almost a metre out of the water. Come along and watch E-Foiling demos throughout the weekend.

'Have a Go' Sessions
Pre-booking required.
For all on the water activities sessions start at 12noon Saturday and Sunday 1pm | Meeting Point is Eisenhower Pier, beside the slipway at RNLI Station.
Participants must arrive 20 minutes before their activity.
Rib Blasts | £5pp - SOLD OUT
A 30-minute fast blast on a 9-seater Rigid Inflatable Boat. Each trip will last 30 minutes on board. Hold onto your hat, for a thrill ride you won’t forget. Prepare for a bit of splashing (or a lot if the weather is poor) and a lot of laughs!
Important information:
Parents / Guardians / Participants will be required to sign a medical and consent form.
Participants must be water confident.
- Arrive 20 minutes before activity is due to start.
- Suitable for ages 3+
- Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. One adult per child under 12 years old.
- Bring a light waterproof jacket.
- Lifejackets provided.
Safety Restrictions | This experience is NOT suitable for anyone with epilepsy, back or spine issues, anyone who is pregnant and anyone with any other known issues that might be affected by the impact of wave (Whole Body Vibration). Participants will be required to confirm to the provider that they are not affected by any of the above before boarding the boat. If you have a family history of osteoporosis or are unsure of whether your medical condition may place you at risk, please consult your physician before booking.

‘Have a Go’ …Kayaking | £5pp
Enjoy a 40-minute taster session on double sit on top kayaks. Skills, games and a short harbour tour.

Parents / Guardians / Participants will be required to sign a medical and consent form.
Participants must be water confident.
- Arrive 20 minutes before activity is due to start.
- Suitable for ages 10+ without adult. Suitable for ages 5+ when accompanied by an adult.
- Double sit on Top Kayaks.
- Buoyancy aids provided.
- Wetsuits provided if required.
- Wear swimwear under your clothes to facilitate changing.
- Bring a towel and sun protection.
Safety restrictions | This experience is NOT suitable for expectant mothers or people with back or neck problems.
