About

Immerse yourself in mindfulness and nature as we meander along the coastal path connecting with our breath, our senses, and the feeling of nature within and around us. Using a variety of meditation techniques, we become mindful of how we spend our time in nature and learn ways we can advocate and support healthy, thriving, ecosystems. Join The Conservation Volunteers and Ards and North Down Borough Council to experience your coastal path in a new way.
There is bike parking and toilet facilities in the car park.
