Embark on a remarkable culinary adventure with Forage and Feast, a sustainable dining experience led by MasterChef competitor and expert forager Paul Cunningham. Set in the breathtaking Walled Garden, Helen’s Bay, this exclusive event reconnects you with nature’s bounty.

Your evening begins in the enchanting Glasshouse with a handcrafted foraged botanicals cocktail, setting the scene for a multi-course feast celebrating the finest local and seasonal ingredients with a few foraged flourishes! Thoughtfully curated wine pairings will complement each dish, enhancing the flavours and deepening your appreciation of County Down’s rich culinary heritage.

Limited to just 30 guests, this immersive experience offers more than just exquisite flavours, it will also deepen your connection to the land, the wine, and the food on your plate. Enjoy an unforgettable evening of discovery, indulgence, and inspiration.


The multi-course seasonal menu has been created by renowned chef Paul Cunningham and includes using locally sourced produce and foraged finds.

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the Walled Garden.

Getting there

By car: Helen's Bay is accessed via the A2 Belfast/Bangor carriageway, following directional signage for approximately 9.6 miles from Belfast City Centre. Helen's Bay is located before Crawfordsburn (if travelling from Belfast direction, after Crawfordsburn if travelling from Bangor direction).
Free on site car parking is available at The Walled Garden.

By Bus or Rail: Nearest rail stop is Helen's Bay, however it would entail a 20-minute / 1 mile walk from Helen's Bay train station via Bridge Road and Craigdarragh Road to the Walled Garden.

Accessibility
Uneven ground and some inclines on site, therefore wearing comfortable walking shoes is recommended.
