Bangor Drama Club's Summer Theatre Season 2022 is back after a 2 year break due to the pandemic, in Studio 1A, and this series of plays has something for everyone with lots of laughs along the way.
The series of seven plays will be performed by a number of local amateur theatre groups.

true story of Bernard Jordan is set in 1994 in the SunnySide care home. The residents' invisible existence has become an accepted way of life until one day a letter arrives and a dramatic discovery prompts seven World War 2 veterans to reflect on their lives and their value as human beings.

Muriel and Herbie Glover live in a wee terraced house in Belfast. Herbie keeps pigeons in the back yard and has collected many cups from racing his birds. All is bliss. That is until Muriel’s mother from Cherryvalley descends on the household and it looks like life will never be the same again for the hapless Herbie. And when Muriel and neighbour Lily learn that they are likely to win a fortune in a sweepstake, mayhem ensues in this hilarious comedy.

Brunswick Productions presents “The 4 Worst Things I’ve Ever Done”

A new company, a new play. This one woman play is a darkly comedic character study, focusing on themes like mental health, addiction, meaning/purpose and grief. As the title suggests, the show focuses on a young nihilistic girl finally confessing the worst things she has done in her life. The confessions range from comedic and ridiculous to tragic.
