Lorraine from The Walled Garden, Helen’s Bay incorporates sustainability into every aspect of her business. 

As an #ANDSustainbleGiant she strives to support local bee and insect populations, improve the soil in the garden and make it a haven for wildlife, while growing organic fruit and vegetables which are certified under the Irish Organic Certification Scheme.

Lorraine tells us “Yes, we are trying to make a small difference in our locality, but this doesn’t mean we have to be boring, in fact far from it, our popular sustainable Christmas workshops are not only full of festive fun and fabulousness, but our floral arrangements are fully compostable too!
