Visit Ards and North Down is the trading name of Ards and North Down Borough Council Tourism Service Unit. How we get your personal data and why we collect it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

How long do we keep your information?
We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We are legally required to hold some types of information to fulfill our statutory obligations. We will hold your personal information in line with our ‘Retention and Disposal Schedule’ and on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract or agreement you hold with us.
