We are delighted to share Christmas themed recipes by two talented local student chef's from South Eastern Regional College (SERC), Hospitality and Culinary Arts department, David Rea and Jack Regan.
The recipes were curated using ingredients local to the region, with the chefs choosing delicious local Ards and North Down produce for their dishes, please feel free to adapt the recipe to suit your own needs incorporating your favourite ingredients.
