About

Enjoy the peace of the countryside at Avoca Farm and have easy access to the local town of Holywood in eight minutes and the city of Belfast in fifteen Minutes.

The property will accommodate two adults comfortably. Upstairs the bedroom has a king sized bed. There is an en-suite bathroom..

Downstairs is a fully fitted modern kitchen, shower room and living room. The living room has a double bed settee and this would be suitable for two small children if required. Free Wi-fi is available and there is a TV both upstairs and downstairs. This accommodation is fully private, self contained and has its own entrance. It is part of Avoca Farm House where the hosts Alison and Peter live. Although no longer a working farm we have our own pets and keep our own chickens and more recently ducks. The accommodation has its own private garden where you can relax, and is securely fenced in should you wish to bring your dog.

Should you wish to play golf we have storage for clubs on site and can book green fees for you at Holywood Golf Club- Home of Rory McIlroy. Please enquire for more details.
