About

Amy's accommodates up to four adults plus a child. It offers an ideal base for a holiday, being only 150 metres from the beach at Ballyholme, from where there are wonderful views across Belfast Lough as far as the Mull of Kintyre. You can watch the sailing boats and windsurfers in the bay, or wander the coastal walks towards Bangor, or Groomsport.

Ballyholme village, which has a Coop supermarket, bakery, post office, pharmacy, off licence, dry cleaners, excellent local butcher, hairdresser, ATM, two cafes, a Bistro and a Chinese takeaway, is a five minute walk away.

The accommodation is finished to a very high standard, with gas central heating, direct hot water and double glazing throughout. Ground floor rooms have solid wood floors and the stairs, landing and main bedrooms are carpeted. There is a downstairs cloakroom with WC.

The front sitting room, with its bay window, is bright and airy and benefits from the afternoon sun. There is a 32 inch LED Smart TV and a DVD player.
The dining room, with its antique oval table, Victorian dining chairs and 22 inch LED TV, opens to the well equipped kitchen and has French doors to the terrace, with its bistro style tables and chairs and large umbrella. There are steps down to the enclosed rear garden, utility room and garage which, offers storage for bicycles and sports equipment. There is a Weber charcoal barbecue.

On the first floor, one bedroom has a double bed, the other has twin beds. The child’s room has a bed with a 2’6” by 5’9” mattress. The bathroom suite is white and the bath is P shaped, with a curved, moveable shower screen. A chrome towel rail/radiator is fitted to the wall opposite the shower.
